AuptiX Inc, and its affiliated companies and properties (collectively, “AuptiX”) provide this notice explaining our information collection practices when you inquire about, use or purchase our products and services, including, without limitation, our website and mobile application, and how we use such information.

WHAT AUPTIX COLLECTS

AuptiX collects information about you from various sources. In the course of inquiring about or using AuptiX products or services, AuptiX may ask you for, among other things, your name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, fax number, business contact information and other registration information, as well as information about your location. AuptiX may request billing and payment information under certain circumstances.

AuptiX may also collect certain technical information when you visit our web pages such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using, your IP address and the domain name of your Internet service provider, aggregate data about the number of visits to a site or service, and/ or aggregate data about the pages visited. If you access AuptiX products and services from a mobile device, AuptiX may collect limited information from your device, including location data.

In addition, AuptiX may transfer both Personal Information and non-personally identifiable information if AuptiX is acquired by or merged with another company.

Authorized AuptiX service providers and contractors may have access to your information to facilitate its use consistent with this Policy.

AuptiX has implemented security measures to help protect against the risk of loss, misuse and alteration of any information under AuptiX control.

STORAGE AND RETENTION

Your Personal Information will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or to otherwise meet legal requirements.

IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES

Like other web sites, AuptiX uses your domain, IP address and browser information to help diagnose problems with AuptiX products and services and equipment, to administer the products and services, and for security purposes. “Cookies” are pieces of data sent from a Web server to a Web browser that enable a Web server to identify users that visit a site hosted by that server. AuptiX may use Cookies in order to identify you to our sites so that AuptiX can provide more customized information and services to you. In general, if you choose, you can disable the use of Cookies by reviewing your browser’s preferences and options.

AuptiX may change this Privacy Policy at any time, and will notify you in an appropriate manner, including by posting the changed or amended Privacy Policy on our products and services.
